PicLens | Immersive Views Across the Web
PicLens | Immersive Views Across the WebWhile exploring the new version of FireFox, I found an extension called PicLens. After downloading and installing the extension, I gave it a try on one of my Picasa web albums, and all I can say is WOW! This extension turned what I thought was an already cool method of sharing images, video and other forms of visual content, into an experience that makes you want to scream it to the world after picking yourself off the floor. Currently PicLens is integrated on several social networks/sharing sites, and has also been integrated into Amazon.coms site to create a visual shopping experience. Can you see the technology revolution bearing down on those outdated fortune 500 companies that scoffed, ignored or tried to prevent the advancement of what technology makes possible?
